Who I am
I build things, and I build people
Martin Muraguri is a Kenyan entrepreneur, business professional, author and speaker with a passion for leadership, business and personal development. His work sits where those three meet: helping organisations grow, helping individuals recognise what they are capable of, and helping both turn capability into something real.
He has spent his working life around business development, technology, travel and the practical mechanics of getting things sold, delivered and improved. Along the way he became convinced that the largest untapped resource around him was not capital or infrastructure — it was talent that nobody had taught to package itself.
That conviction became Monetize Your Talents, and it remains the thread running through everything on this site.

Why any of this matters
Across this continent there are people with real ability and no route to market for it. They are not short of talent, effort or intelligence. They are short of a method, a network and someone willing to say: this is worth something, here is how you sell it.
I would like to be useful in that gap. Through the businesses I build, the teams I lead, the book I wrote and the rooms I speak in — the aim is the same. Help people see what they already have, and give them a way to build with it.
